Back to Running

Wednesday restart running at the beginning couch to 5k.

stretching
abs
pushups
pullups
multidb

60/90 run split for 25 min

Friday
60/90 run, outside on the pavement

Saturday, rain, snow, and feeling a little under the weather

Next week on the road in Portland. South Dakota was a gut buster, back below 170 pounds.
