Running Recap
20 minutes of jogging at 5mph pace on Sunday and Tuesday. Knee feels pretty good. Easing back into it. Lost a lot of cardio endurance unfortunately. Have to get back on the scale Thursday morning. Afraid of the result, but good incentive to get back into a regular program.
