Back in the gym for a tough work out. 4 minutes of interval on the airdyne bicycle was a killer. Seeing spots/ hands shaking. Combined with some light weight circuit training. Could not manage a second set of 20 push-ups!!!!!
Drinking only in moderation, 3 drinks max and skipping as many days as possible. Tracking calories as well.
A month at home should help and then back to Muay Thai.
