Back in the Gym

Hit the gym today. Saturday. 5 min warm up/stretch 15 min spin bike Ab workout 15 min elliptical incline 1/level 8 Some errands and some Premiere league on the TV. Heart breaker for the Villains! Feeling a little lousy, tipping the scales around 187 after some time in Paris.
