The Tide Is Back In

The Tsunami is back.

30 min walk this morning.

Afternoon workout
5x pullups (7, 5, 5, 4, 4)
5x pushups (40, 40, 20, 20, 15 diamond)
5x situps

2.25 mile run (23:30)

30 min walk afternoon

20 min walk evening

yoga/foam rolling before bed

Goal is 12 hours per week exercise. Today 2:05
