No workout yesterday. Just about an hour of walking, split in three short walks with Max.

Running 2.25 miles in 23:30 (1 minute warm up)

5x pullups (8, 6, 6, 5, 4)
5x pushups (40, 30, 30, 25, 15 diamond)
5x abs
