170 pounds after a steady diet of pizza, chevapcici, and beer for two weeks. A little running and yoga. Swimming and treading water every day.
Back on the better eating plan and a return to regular workouts.
Sticking with 5x + running 20 min for now. Weights need to be shaken up with more intensity and duration.
