One day workout (wed) 2 mile run in 20min. 5x30 pushups, 5x pullups (10, 8, 6, 6, 4), 5x abs. Pulled a muscle in my abs, very painful.
Thursday golf at Stonewall GC, VA (98 again)
Friday walk to office.
Saturday good hour bike ride.
Hopefully back in the gym Sunday.
Dog recovering from his amputated toe. Ouch.
