Judgment Day

Run 2 miles in about 21 minutes (including 2 minute warm up)

5x pullups (9,8,8,6,4)
5x pushups (40, 40, 35, 30, 30)
5x abs

Delightful chicken curry for lunch

Need to add leg exercises to weight lifting days

Squats
Lunges
Hamstring curl
Calf raises
