Getting Ready to Mix it Up

After about three months of the 5x routine, it may be time to mix it up a little bit.

2mile run in 21min (with warm up of 2min)

5x push ups (40, 40, 35, 35, 30)
5x abs
5x pull ups (8, 8, 7, 6, 4)

Swimming should start soon
