Back to Work

5x25 pushups
5x abs
5x pullups (7-4)

30min elliptical. May not be able to run for a while. Knees hurting at the LCL.

Back on a good diet (screw you Potbelly sandwiches) after bbq, ribs, brisket, mexican food, general tso chicken, pizza, margaritas, beer, rum, bailey's irish creme, etc.
